There are two ways to apply for a short term visa:

I. Through VFS:

Applicants for a short term visa or their intermediary (this could be a travel agent) can submit their applications at the VFS visa application centre located at the International Trade Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi.

An appointment can be made by calling the VFS visa application centre at 011-42220332 between 0800 hours to 1600 hours, Monday through Friday. Applicants can also take an appointment on-line by logging on to www.vfs-nl-in.com.

II. Through the Embassy:

Applicants for a short term visa who want to submit directly to the Embassy can call VFS in order to make an appointment. The applicant submits the file at the allotted time at the visa counter of the Embassy.

Applicants for a long term residence visa (MVV) and applicants for a visa for The Netherlands Antilles or Aruba also make an appointment by calling VFS office at 011-42220332. VFS will arrange a direct appointment to come to the Embassy.

NFP (Netherlands Fellowship Program) candidates should contact the NFP officer at the Embassy who will coordinate an appointment with the visa section.
