Legalisation of documentsFrom the 8th of October 2008 Indian documents do not have to be legalized by the Netherlands Embassy in New Delhi nor by the Consulate General in Mumbai due to the fact that India has joined the Apostille Treaty.
However the documents still need an apostille by the Indian authorities.
