1 Pres Release- "The World Press Photo Exhibition 2016 comes to New Delhi”

This travelling exhibition, unique in its kind, is the result of the World Press Photo Foundation’s worldwide annual contest on photojournalism and documentary photography. It is brought to New Delhi with the support of The Embassy of The Netherlands, in cooperation with India International Centre and Adaan Foundation.

2 Passport- and ID card applications not possible in Mumbai from 20 until 27 March 2017

From Monday 20 until Monday 27 March 2017 (included) it won't be possible to submit passport or ID-card applications at the consulate-general in Mumbai.

3 European Reintegration Network (ERIN)

On the 25th of January 2017 a combined effort of 18 partner countries resulted in the publication of the European Reintegration Network (ERIN) Specific Action program- slow track tender.


Job Details India is the second largest producer of fruits. But productivity is relatively low. In the coming years, the Indian government plans to replace existing orchards for temperate fruit trees. This will increase the demand for Indian apples, but also pears, cherries and walnuts. The Netherlands has the knowledge and technology to support India in this process. To position the Netherlands in this sector in India a cluster of Dutch companies and institutes signed a covenant with the Dutch Government. A liaison officer will be appointed and contracted by the Netherlands Embassy for the specific period of the covenant to facilitate this cluster. Attached a more detailed job description. 5 Upcoming Tender - ERIN

The European Reintegration Network (ERIN) Specific Action program offers socio-economic reintegration assistance in the form of counselling and referral and/or reintegration assistance to migrants who return voluntarily or non-voluntarily to their country of origin. A tender associated with this program will be published around 25 January 2017 on TenderNed website.
